Registration is not required to view, print, or check responses on a specific ticket. Click the View Ticket Responses (PRIS) link in the upper left corner of the page.
Marking in Paint
Please note that as of January 11, 2024, it is mandatory for locators to mark underground facilities in paint. In environmental conditions such as but not limited to rain, snow, wet or marshy areas, and/or temporary surface conditions flags can be used in addition to paint. However, flags and stakes cannot be used as substitutes for paint markings and offsets. It is the decision of the facility owner to use flags and/or stakes in addition to paint markings. Single Address Ticket
Please click the eRequest link at the top right of the page to enter a single address ticket.
Update your Ticket
Please click the Update Ticket link at the top left of the page to renew an active ticket. A normal ticket may be updated a maximum of two times. Click here for more information.
Excavators
To request, enter, or renew a ticket; perform advanced ticket searches; or access other advanced system features you will need to create an account.
You must complete Online Ticket Creation Training in order to gain access to the ticketing system. Sign up for Online Ticket Creation Training by clicking here.
