Attention: Web Users
Web users are responsible for the accuracy of information entered on created locate tickets as well as ticket actions performed within the account including Additional Requests, Updates, and Cancels. Notified facility owners/operators are determined by the map data provided by the excavator.

Soon, we will be migrating our satellite map view to Azure Maps from Bing Maps. Azure Maps is the newest mapping service available from Microsoft. While most features work exactly as before, you may notice that some road and street highlighting is different between the two. Below, you'll find screenshots of the new (top) and the old (bottom) map services.
Search Tickets
Allows excavators to perform advanced ticket searches, submit additional requests, update a ticket, copy, and cancel tickets.
Create Tickets
Allows excavators to create Normal, Design, Emergency and Overhead tickets.
Update
Excavators may renew their Normal Tickets a maximum of two times.
Respond
Allows a member to view a list of open tickets that require a response and post a response.
Report
Allows a member to generate reports and respond to tickets.
